Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, telephone number if supplied, postcode, preferred service, proposed dates and message. Your message may describe your pets and their routine. We also record the date and the notification status of a website enquiry so we can manage it.
Please do not send door codes, alarm information, payment details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. Any access arrangements needed for an agreed booking should be discussed separately with Liz.
The website uses technical information to operate and protect its forms. This includes a temporary form-session identifier, submission identifiers and Google reCAPTCHA verification results. A derived, hashed rate-limit key is created from the connection IP address and email address for abuse prevention; the form does not save that raw IP address in the enquiry record. Routine server requests may also be processed by hosting security systems.
How we use your information
We use your contact details and enquiry to reply, discuss availability, understand the care requested and make arrangements you ask us to consider. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing a contract where a booking is agreed. We also have a legitimate interest in answering general enquiries, keeping the service organised and protecting the website from spam, fraud and misuse. Where a legal duty applies, we process the information necessary to meet that duty.
We do not use the website form to enrol you in a mailing list. The website has no online payment, customer-account or automatic booking facility. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Sharing, storage & security
Website enquiries are saved as private records in the WordPress administration area and notifications are sent to the business email inbox. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We use access controls and server-side form verification, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Information is shared only as needed to operate the website, deliver messages, respond to you, protect the service or meet a legal obligation. It is not sold. Website hosting and Google form verification involve service providers processing the technical information needed for those services. Email messages are handled through the email services used by the business and the sender.
Telephone, email and WhatsApp links let you choose how to contact Liz. Following a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, operated by Meta; your use of that service is governed by its own privacy information and settings. We do not embed a WhatsApp tracker on this website. We do not control the privacy practices of linked external websites.
Some providers, including Google and WhatsApp, operate internationally and may process information outside the UK. Their privacy information describes their arrangements and safeguards. We do not claim that all information stays in the UK.

This website is hosted by Nexar Web Services. Hosting supports website delivery, the WordPress enquiry inbox and technical administration. Premier Home Sitting remains the business responsible for your enquiries. Contact us if you have questions about the handling of information through the website.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format. You can object where processing relies on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the applicable legal conditions and exceptions. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

WordPress also uses authentication and administration cookies for authorised users signing in; these are not needed to browse the public service pages. You can remove or block cookies through your browser, but doing so may prevent secure forms or sign-in from working. Clearing the preference cookie causes the cookie notice to appear again.

Google form protection
The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help detect automated abuse. In the form context, Google may process information about your browser, device, network and interaction to assess risk. We generate a verification token when you submit and check it on the server before saving the enquiry. The form cannot send until verification is connected and working.
Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain its service. Security verification is used to protect our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure enquiry channel; any consent required by law is handled in accordance with the applicable requirements.
