Lechlade-on-Thames is included in the wider Cotswolds area covered by Premier Home Sitting. The right arrangement depends on your postcode and your pets, rather than simply the length of your holiday.
Care is provided by Liz, who is very experienced with cats and dogs. Get to know Liz ↗
COMFY PAWS. COSY HOMES.
Care for your home. Company for your pets.
House sitting
For a dog or a household that needs an overnight presence, discuss a stay in your home. Explain arrival, departure and the daytime routine, including how long the animals normally spend without company.
Your house will be vacuumed and left tidy before you arrive home. Light garden care, including watering plants and the lawn, can be agreed with Liz before your stay.
If your cats usually manage well with planned feeding visits, tell Liz the schedule you have in mind. An indoor cat, a cat flap user and a multi-cat household can all have different practical needs to talk through.
For dogs, outline the normal walks, garden access and rest periods. If you use a waterside route, explain your usual boundaries and any section you avoid; no particular route is assumed simply because it is nearby.
Have rabbits, guinea pigs or other pets too? Tell Liz the species and care routine before booking so suitability can be discussed. Read about other pet sitting ↗
LET’S GET HOLIDAY-READY
Before you pack the suitcase.
A few details help Liz check whether the stay is a good fit. For Lechlade-on-Thames, start with:
Whether overnight presence or feeding visits are needed.
Each pet’s usual time alone and care schedule.
Your normal walking boundaries and equipment.
Agree the little things together.
An overnight stay means Liz stays in your home during the agreed nights. Arrival, departure, daytime care and any periods away from the property are discussed in advance; continuous attendance is not assumed.
The calendar is a guide. Contact Liz with your postcode, dates and all your pets’ needs to confirm availability and your quote.
Tell Liz about your cats, their normal routine and the length of the trip. Visits and overnight care serve different needs; suitability, frequency and availability are discussed individually.
Are dog walks available as part of overnight sitting?
Yes. Daytime walkies are included in the agreed dog care during an overnight stay. Explain your dog’s usual exercise and handling needs before the booking is confirmed.
