Moreton-in-Marsh is a north Cotswold market town with a railway station. If your holiday begins with a train or an early departure, include the actual leaving time when discussing your overnight sitting dates.
Care is provided by Liz, who is very experienced with cats and dogs. Get to know Liz ↗
COMFY PAWS. COSY HOMES.
Care for your home. Company for your pets.
House sitting
Agree when Liz arrives, how keys will be handed over and who handles the pets immediately before that. An extra night may be worth discussing if you leave very early; do not assume an overnight booking automatically starts at dawn.
Your house will be vacuumed and left tidy before you arrive home. Light garden care, including watering plants and the lawn, can be agreed with Liz before your stay.
For cat feeding visits, it helps to separate the last meal you will provide from the first visit you need. Include the same detail at the end of the trip, especially if the return journey could be late.
Your dog’s usual breakfast and walk may happen before the household normally goes out. Explain that sequence, along with how your dog settles afterwards, so the daytime routine can be discussed sensibly.
Have rabbits, guinea pigs or other pets too? Tell Liz the species and care routine before booking so suitability can be discussed. Read about other pet sitting ↗
LET’S GET HOLIDAY-READY
Before you pack the suitcase.
A few details help Liz check whether the stay is a good fit. For Moreton-in-Marsh, start with:
Travel times alongside the nights requested.
Who provides the first and last pet meals.
A contact in case your return arrangements change.
Agree the little things together.
An overnight stay means Liz stays in your home during the agreed nights. Arrival, departure, daytime care and any periods away from the property are discussed in advance; continuous attendance is not assumed.
The calendar is a guide. Contact Liz with your postcode, dates and all your pets’ needs to confirm availability and your quote.
Give Liz your proposed departure time when you first enquire. Arrival and handover are agreed personally; an early start is not included automatically simply because a night is booked.
Is a cat feeding visit priced the same as an overnight stay?
No. Overnight stays start from £50 per night. Cat visits are quoted separately after Liz has checked the address, dates and feeding schedule.
